Infopro Learning seeks a Strategy & Solutions Lead to join in a full-time, onsite role based in the UAE, working closely with senior learning and business leaders to shape learning strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Approximately 8–12 years of experience in learning strategy, consulting, transformation, or operating model design
• Proven experience working within complex, enterprise learning environments
• Strong background in learning strategy, solution design, and learning operations
• Experience designing operating models, workflows, and processes that teams actually use
• Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on
• Strong facilitation experience leading workshops and alignment sessions
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred
