Talent Acquisition Executive | On contract-3-6 months | Onsite- Noida, India

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to help us find and attract the right talent to meet our business needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring a timely and cost-effective hiring process across the organization. As part of our corporate HR team, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent for your assigned Business Unit(s). This is a hands-on role where you’ll leverage various channels like job portals, networking, and headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline for both current and future needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years in recruitment, preferably within the eLearning industry
• Experience hiring for roles such as Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Project Managers, Media designers and developers etc.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
