Job Description
The Implementation Consultant works within the Professional Services organization at Infor, serving in a business and technical consulting capacity to understand customer business requirements and apply them to the Infor Nexus application.
Requirements
- Demonstrates expertise in software implementations or supply chain and applies industry knowledge to decipher customer needs
- Utilizes consultative approach in gathering customer requirements in a clear and accurate manner
- Configures the Infor Nexus application and collaborates with technical teams for implementation of integrations and customizations
- Develops functional design specifications and technical designs
- Acts resourcefully when trying to understand and resolve an issue
- Works closely with and builds positive relationships with customer project teams
- Effectively communicates a variety of information to the customer
- Collaborates regularly with global, multicultural teams both within Infor and at the customer
- Organizes and conducts customer training to drive adoption
- Monitors solution stability post-implementation and provides support to ensure business continuity
