Job Description
The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the engineering team in India, gathering and documenting business requirements for new features and integrations involving Infor MES and other Infor ERP products.
Requirements
- Gather and analyze business requirements for new features and integrations
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements during testing phases
- Support release planning and change management activities
- Document business processes, use cases, and functional design documents
