Job Description
Infosys Consulting is seeking an ERP Program Lead to drive complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. The role involves managing and motivating teams in a global environment, delivering under budget and on time, and collaborating with IT, business, and change management teams. This is an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment with a focus on digital ERP solutions and innovation.
Requirements
- Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs.
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances.
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments with multi-vendors and complex client structures.
- Experience working with global teams and leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely.
- In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success, including IT, Business and Change components.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
