Infosys Consulting is seeking a proactive Organizational Change Management Professional to join their team in Poland. This role involves leading and managing transformation programs, focusing on Large-Scale Projects and strong relationships with clients. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering change management on IT-enabled business transformation programs.
- Experience in delivering organizational change management in the Life Sciences (LS) vertical sector.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and approaches.
- Experience in communication management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience of working at management level, ideally in the private sector
- Willingness to travel to clients in the UK and Europe
