Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Talent Architect to lead solution architecture for a S/4HANA based transformation program. This role involves defining architecture, leading implementation, and ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements, setting a roadmap for SAP S/4HANA, and driving strategic solutions within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The focus is on delivering business value and achieving transformation agendas.
Requirements
- Design and manage complete enterprise solutions.
- Extensive work experience in consulting, working with large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP based transformation programs.
- Practical application of project management life cycle principles and methodologies.
- Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks, e.g. TOGAF.
- Solid understanding of major data objects and SAP enterprise structures.
- Solid understanding of a range of SAP applications.
- Solid understanding of applying technologies like Cloud, APIs, AI and IOT.
- Experience in delivering SAP using a value-driven transformation approach.
- Superior client interaction skills.
- Ability to inspire, convince, and influence to gain buy-in.
- Strong problem management and moderation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitations skills.
