Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition

Join us as an Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition in Singapore. You will partner with Hiring Leaders to define roles, locations, and functional areas, and work on external employer branding, vendor management, research, and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment within an in-house portfolio, preferably within a similar industry
• Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Technology and Graduate hiring
• Strong sourcing strategy experience including proactive sourcing
• Experience of working with different sourcing platforms (LinkedIn)
• Experienced with senior level stakeholder management and managing difficult conversations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
