Process Lead

Infosys Brasil is looking for a Process Lead to join their team, responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts, managing operations, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience in the field
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and interpreting contractual language
• Experience in customer service, problem escalation, and compliance with processes
• Experience in team management, general project/process monitoring, identification of areas for improvement, and implementation of mitigation plans, as well as the preparation of reports related to the project
• Familiarity with legal analysis and review
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal tools/databases
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or related areas
• Advanced English for conversation
