Project Manager

We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of complex, high-impact programs that advance eCommerce products and platform strategy. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, or technical product/program management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, or technical product/program management
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade technical programs from concept through launch
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including distributed systems, APIs, data stores, and cloud services
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivering results in fast-paced environments
• Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with platform services, infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems
• Domain experience in eCommerce, payments, fintech, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, microservices, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience driving operational excellence, including metrics, monitoring, and post-launch optimization
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate with strong ownership
