We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager – AMS to lead and oversee end-to-end application support and service delivery for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale AMS programs, ensuring SLAs are met, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
Requirements
- Relevant Service Delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S4HANA and/or ECC)
- Experience in a people management role, leadership
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong acumen to understand the business needs and ability to manage services in a very dynamic environment
- Knowledge and experience with SLA’s, OLA’s, and Contracts in insourced or outsourced environments
- Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge
- Knowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio
- Ideally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certifications
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and Lean process methodology preferred
- ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-based service management
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools
- PMP or other project management certifications
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform)
- Personal skills: pronounced ability not only to analyze but to connect the dots and think laterally, high degree of pro-activeness and leadership, passion for being customer focused and establishing long term relationships, intense drive for excellence and quality, excellent communication skills
