Job Description
InfoTrack is seeking a highly ambitious Account Manager to drive growth by managing existing client relationships and expanding their solutions. The role focuses on building lasting partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering measurable revenue growth. This is a hybrid position based in Chicago, Illinois.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing a portfolio of accounts
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and trust-based client relationships
- Confident communicator and skilled presenter with video conferencing experience
- Technically adept with web technologies and experience selling SaaS solutions is a plus
- Familiar with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and common sales processes
