Job Description
This role is for a Collections Specialist who supports the company's financial health by ensuring consistent cash flow and minimizing delinquent accounts through proactive communication, negotiation, and follow-up. The position requires a detail-oriented individual to manage accounts effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite, Maxio)
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
