The role involves coordinating IT equipment procurement and distribution, maintaining accurate records, and providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in onboarding and equipment management
- Ability to provide independent on-site IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with IT service management tools and support practices
