Portuguese Speaking Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting customers in successfully utilizing our learning platform, conducting 1:1 meetings, training sessions, and troubleshooting calls, and setting up and managing project plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, support, or client-facing roles
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
• Excellent communication and expectation management skills
• Confidence in meeting facilitation
• Ability to think both critically and creatively
• Growth mindset with a coaching attitude
• Ability to work across a wide variety of subject areas
• Comfortable working to deadlines and iterating quickly based on feedback
• Adaptable and quick to learn
