As an OSS Support Specialist, the associate will provide quality support with high customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. The position has frequent contact with users, peers, and managers through telephone support and field support.
Requirements
- Researches, resolves, and responds to complex questions via telephone calls or escalations
- Develops and provides technical coaching and mentoring to other desktop services staff
- Acts as product liaison for major products, working with other areas of IT, other departments, and third-party vendors
