Job Description
As a Maintenance Specialist Agent, you will monitor, repair, and maintain rails, sleepers, switches, level crossings, and track surroundings. You will use specialized tools like generators, drills, chainsaws, tire-dressing machines, and other maintenance equipment. You will work according to established schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Secondary technical education degree (CESDD) or equivalent
- OR a title or equivalent certificate
- OR at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of technical maintenance in rail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate well
- Adaptability to variable schedules
- Precision and attention to detail
- Safety and respect for procedures
- Driver's license B or willing to obtain one
