Requirements
- Native-level or fluent Spanish (Mandatory)
- Business-level fluency in English for internal communication
- Strong background in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, etc.) or practical experience in facilities/maintenance management
- Proven B2B SaaS experience in a customer-facing role (Implementation, Onboarding, Project Management)
- Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) or CRM platforms
