Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive licensing and merchandising strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals
- Identify growth opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Set annual revenue targets and manage budgets
- Oversee all licensing agreements with third-party manufacturers and distributors
- Identify and secure new licensees across product categories (e.g., apparel, collectibles, video games)
- Ensure brand compliance and quality control in all licensed products
- Negotiate licensing contracts and renewals
- Manage retail partnerships and club-operated stores (physical and online)
- Drive initiatives to increase fan engagement and sales through merchandise
- Optimize supply chain and inventory management processes
- Lead the development of merchandise collections for retail and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and retail teams to create compelling product assortments
- Analyze sales performance and consumer trends to optimize product offerings
- Maintain brand integrity across all licensed and merchandise products
- Work closely with internal marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency in messaging and design
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
