ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst to work in the Financial Markets & Group Treasury team. The role involves analyzing and translating business requirements into finance user requirements, coordinating and facilitating activities, and implementing controls related to minimum accounting standards.

Requirements

• University (Master’s) degree in (Management) Accounting & Control, Business IT, Accountancy or (Business) economics
• More than ten years experience within the financial industry with knowledge of Wholesale Banking product accounting concepts
• Understanding and knowledge of banking processes
• Knowledge of (complex) Financial Markets products
• Knowledge of (product) Accounting concepts
• Knowledge of Hedge Accounting concepts
• Knowledge of FMGT FrontOffice and BackOffice systems
• Knowledge and experience in working with SQL
• Knowledge and experience with making impact analyses and functional designs
• Knowledge and experience with creation of test plans and testcases and execution of Functional, Acceptance and Migration testing
• Maintain, based on the product life cycle, the event based product accounting specifications for FM & GT products
• Define and maintain non product related ledger processes and services
• Maintain documentation and process descriptions
• Maintain the book/organizational structure during onboarding of new portfolios
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Affinity with IT and innovation
• Comfortable in an Agile way of working environment
• Good communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with your (international) stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
