Business Development Manager - Affluent Banking (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Affluent Banking to join our team at ING. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in finance, business administration, or economics, and long-term professional experience in retail banking or an adjacent field. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing successful and innovative Affluent Banking offers, working on business cases, analyzing market and pricing scenarios, and taking responsibility for other Affluent projects as Co-Lead.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, business administration, or economics
• Long-term professional experience in retail banking or an adjacent field
• High level of expertise in the German banking market and Affluent Banking
• Knowledge of the Affluent customer group, banking regulation, investment products, and daily banking & payment services as well as customer problems and needs
• Experience in project management and product development, preferably agile and in the areas of capital markets, banks or insurance companies
• Know-how in creating and implementing strategic roadmaps and corresponding business cases
• Well-developed analytical thinking to make decisions with quantitative and qualitative data
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills with various target groups
• Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
• Negotiation-secure German and English in word and writing
