Lead Marketing & Customer for the Tribe Home, responsible for strategic orientation, day-to-day business, and development of experts in the team. Manage a team, ensure quality, and interface management, internally and externally, nationally and internationally.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in Marketing & Communication processes
- Experience in leading and developing team members
- Know-how in real estate financing (real estate financing market, competitors, intermediaries)
- Extensive methodological competence in strategy development
- Fit in A/B testing and optimizing landing pages
- Able to make decisions on a tactical and/or strategic level
- Team player with target- and result-oriented way of working
