Product Owner | Payments Area @ING Bank

ING Bank is looking for a Product Owner to support the Payments area to deliver target processing engines & improve product flows. The role involves oversight of planning, backlog, and deliverables in line with organization strategical objectives, as well as understanding and evaluating complex data models and developing functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the banking sector (payments area)
• Proven experience in Project Management including planning, execution & delivery of projects
• Higher Education degree
• Team player: committed to team goals and always have the right spirit
• Analytical thinking, focus on quality, proactive attitude, determination and discipline, customer orientation, team spirit
• Positive attitude, accountable and open minded to challenge the status quo
• Strong focus on making things work
• Excellent communication skills - ability to present formal /informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner
