Job Description
We are looking for a Sales & Services Officer to provide commercial support to Relationship Managers, provide support in data quality and administration, and control the credit decision process for the Mixed segment.
Requirements
- Commercial and customer oriented
- Extensive knowledge of digital channels within Business Banking
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in transferring digital proposition and WOW to customers
- Organized and autonomous
- True team player
- Proactive problem solver
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Several years of work experience
- Knowledge of Midcorp customer segment
- Knowledge of product range for business clients
- Basic knowledge of credit contracts and collateral
- Knowledge of credit decision process
- Good knowledge of common IT applications
