We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and control of solutions in the field of Legitimation, Authentication, and Approval Procedures. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a product manager with agile working methods and a strong background in business informatics, banking, and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience as a product manager with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) in a team with a high IT component
• Long-term experience in the field of requirements engineering and data analysis and customer journey mapping
• Studies with a focus on business informatics, banking and technical expertise, or a comparable qualification
• Practiced in conceiving and implementing professional requirements (e.g., bank business processes including underlying technologies, practice with app and web channels) as well as process analysis
• Fundamental, professionally technical knowledge in the field of app development, the online banking business field, and the associated regulations
• Customer orientation and excellent knowledge in the control of external service providers in a highly regulated environment
• Analytical and systematic working method as well as fun working in a team
• Communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to think beyond one's own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
• Very good German and English in writing and speaking
