Job Description
ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Trading Application Support Engineer to provide daily operational support for trading applications and environments. The role involves managing incidents, requests, and change tickets, driving automation, and improving support workflows and system reliability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software support or DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows Server administration
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or others
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Basic scripting and automation skills
- Experience with monitoring tools, such as Zabbix
- English level: B2/C1
