Job Description
Ingenico is seeking a Developer Support Engineer (Java/Kotlin) to provide SW support to partners in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The role involves technical support, certification assistance, software delivery, training, and documentation for payment systems. The company values trust and sustainability and promotes diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Android programming languages (java, Kotlin)
- Knowledge of at least one major IDE (Android development studio ideally)
- Knowledge of REST interface
- Experience in technical support role (beneficial)
- Previous experience in Payment industry beneficial
- Basic overview of cryptography and PKI
- Good knowledge of software engineering field
- Good knowledge of principals of telecommunication networks and equipment functionality
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
