Job Description
Ingersoll Rand is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Intern for the Summer 2026 program. This 10-12 week intern position offers hands-on experience in design and development, mentorship from senior leaders, and network opportunities. Interns will contribute to the engineering design of current and new products and receive focused development in a business unit.
Requirements
- Current college student in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Computer, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Seeking internship candidates
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Computer, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
