Project Manager - IRTS

Lead and coordinate new product development and customer specific projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of documented requirements. The individual will lead a range of projects within the Ingersoll Rand Transport Solutions group, working across multiple locations (UK, Europe, and India) and with the wider Transport team.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with a relevant Degree or equivalent education.
• Ideally from a Project Management background, but individuals experienced in Product Management, Engineering, or Operations would be considered.
• Experience within Manufacturing & Engineering industries and ideally from the Automotive Industry.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Accustomed to working within an international business – Languages would be advantageous
• High level of commercial awareness
• Good negotiating and influencing capabilities at senior level
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and a “can do” attitude
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work requirements and multiple projects
