Paint Lead Operator

The Paint Lead will have direct responsibility for the Paint Line at Greenville, AL facility, ensuring on-time, safe distribution of paint products to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels of the company.
• Demonstrates a commitment to safety, process and systems improvements.
• Willingness to work 40-60 hours a week, including Saturdays, as needed.
