Waynesboro Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead oversees all maintenance activities, providing leadership to maintenance technicians. Collaborating with the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Planner, and Reliability Engineer, the Maintenance Lead ensures efficient scheduling, execution, and supports the professional development of the technicians. Safety, trust, and teamwork are key priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supervising maintenance personnel is preferred
• 3+ years within a manufacturing environment
• Strong motivational and team development skills, fostering respect and accountability
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thorough understanding of plant operations, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, asset care, and maintenance planning/scheduling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
