RN Clinical Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a RN Clinical Training and Development Manager to lead our clinical education and quality improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a clinical trainer or educator in long-term care, with a positive and motivating attitude, and the ability to influence others constructively. The role requires strong critical listening skills, the ability to assess the competencies of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, GNAs, and other clinical staff, and the ability to offer respectful and supportive feedback.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active license to practice in DC, MD, and VA
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum three years of experience as a clinical trainer or educator in long-term care
• Ability to obtain a license within required jurisdictions within 30 days of employment
• Positive and motivating attitude
• Strong critical listening skills
• Ability to assess the competencies of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, GNAs, and other clinical staff
• Ability to offer respectful and supportive feedback
