Associate III, Sales Support

Join Ingram Micro as an Associate III, Sales Support, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and supporting the sales team. You'll work on order entry, sales support, account monitoring, and collaboration.

Requirements

• College graduate or High School Diploma with 3 years functional experience
• At least 2 years BPO experience in any Line of Business (LOB)
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on night shift (Canada time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
