Join our team as a Safety Advisor and help champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance across our Eastern Creek site.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, workers' compensation frameworks, and risk management principles.
- Proven experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining safety policies and SWOPs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
- Experience coordinating RTW programs and supporting injured employees.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar safety role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems.
