As Quality Control Lead, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the plant's analytical quality systems, processes, and records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's & Master's in Chemistry, Food Technology
• 8 years' experience in Food or Pharma industry with experience within chemical laboratory
• Exceptional communication skills
• Well-organized, detail orientated with strong leadership abilities
• Proactive, creative, with a strong will to succeed
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solver, bringing in knowledge of good laboratory practices
• Strong in interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, build consensus, and foster relationships at multiple organizational levels and across functions
