Senior Manager, USCAN General Accounting

Ingredion is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the US and Canada General Accounting and Indirect Tax functions, while supporting the Controllers Organization globally. The role is based in Tulsa and oversees a team of 10–15 accountants, including indirect leadership of team members in Guadalajara, MX.

Requirements

• Hire, coach, and develop accounting staff by setting clear expectations and managing performance.
• Lead the Month-End Close process, including trial balance reviews, journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidation loads.
• Oversee the Indirect Tax Department, including filings, payments, and compliance.
• Drive multiple Corporate Finance & Accounting projects to improve close process efficiency and accuracy.
• Support acquisition integration efforts and ERP ledger mapping (e.g., SAP).
• Ensure strong internal control design and SOX compliance.
• Present monthly operating reviews and financial results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
