init is seeking a Senior (Lead) Software Developer to develop modern software solutions based on open-source technologies. The role involves designing, implementing, and expanding components in complex architectures using Spring. Emphasis is placed on quality, consistency, and collaboration with the project management team. The position involves a hands-on approach and is part of an interdisciplinary project team focused on the people who work with them.

Requirements

• Completed economics informatics, computer science, or comparable training.
• Experience developing and implementing web applications and backend services.
• Knowledge in the design of Microservice architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Tomcat.
• Experience in DevOps with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Familiarity with SQL databases like MySQL, Oracle and Postgres.
• Strong German and English fluency
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good at collaborative environment
