(Senior) Business Analyst (all genders)

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst and shape the digital society of tomorrow. You'll lead the digitalization in the public sector to the next level and work with interdisciplinary teams at our seven locations or flexibly from anywhere in Germany.

Requirements

• In-depth method knowledge in requirements engineering (RE), process modeling, and basic IT knowledge
• Several years of relevant professional experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer, preferably in the public sector
• Good knowledge of form or process management systems and practical experience in requirement collection and (strategy) documentation
• Ability to think and act beyond the project context of various project types (e.g. waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Experience in the application of agile methods
• Proven ability in workshop moderation (also for large groups), including decision-makers and management
• Good German and good English skills in word and writing
