(Senior) Consultant Public Sector (all genders)

Shape the digitization of the public sector of tomorrow! As a Senior Consultant Public Sector at ]init[, you will design and implement digitization projects for the German administration, working with interdisciplinary teams or flexibly from all over Germany.

Requirements

• Completed degree in politics, public administration, administration informatics, law, business informatics or a comparable education
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a consultant, ideally in the administration
• Interest in digitization in the public sector and political themes
• Process modeling experience, preferably also in the FIM standard
• Knowledge of the Online Access Act and first experience with EfA projects
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Secure appearance in presentations and pleasure in workshop moderation
• Knowledge of data protection for public administration
• Interest in organizational processes in IT service management and their introduction
