Partner -- Data Strategy, Analytics & AI Practice

We are hiring a Partner to join our Data Strategy group at Inizio Advisory, a global partner with over 10,500 experts operating in more than 50 countries. The successful candidate will lead a growing and innovative Data Science Team, supporting client initiatives to transform fragmented data silos into actionable insights that drive measurable impact across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in Life Sciences, data analytics and consulting (min 10 years)
• Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial business strategies, and project deliverables
• Extensive experience in leadership, with a proven ability to guide high-performing teams, influence strategic decisions, and drive innovation across complex, data-driven environments
