Job Description
This position, a core member of the Staffing team, focuses on ensuring staffing decisions are accurately reflected in systems. The role involves administrative tasks, project management, and support to the staffing process, working closely with staff and execution leads. The company, Inizio Advisory, provides market research, strategy consulting, and other services to health and life science companies.
Requirements
- Update project resourcing and assignments in Financial Force.
- Manage and review project schedules for accuracy.
- Log system incidents and improve system documentation.
- Review and approve project expenses.
- Review and analyze timecard data.
- Collaborate with onboarding team.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Support initiatives to improve the staffing experience.
- Collaborate with onboarding team to ensure new cohorts are set up in Financial Force.
