The company is seeking a Head of Design to develop and communicate a unified design strategy that aligns with its product-led business goals and brand vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design leadership within a product-led company, ideally with a portfolio of external-facing apps
• Strong background in brand design and visual storytelling, with an ability to integrate product functionality and brand aesthetics harmoniously
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of designers with varying specializations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
