Director of Inclusive Finance - Chad, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan

Inkomoko is a social enterprise focused on supporting entrepreneurs in displacement-affected communities. They offer training, market linkages, and direct financing through their revolving fund. This role is a Director of Inclusive Finance responsible for strategic leadership, departmental oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and product development, aiming to scale lending operations and maintain a positive impact on community members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Development Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in credit, lending, or financial services
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in multi-country or cross-functional financial operations
• Demonstrated success in product development, credit delivery systems, and inclusive finance.
• Experience managing and scaling credit operations in banks, MFIs, or fintech environments.
