Inkomoko is a social enterprise that supports entrepreneurs to grow their businesses in East and Central Africa. We are seeking a Head of Investment to drive our lending strategies and manage portfolios. The role requires extensive experience in lending, credit risk management, and financial services, preferably in a leadership role. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• +8 Years of extensive experience in lending, credit risk management, and financial services
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing lending strategies and managing loan portfolios
• Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate and guide a team of lending professionals
