Requirements

• Troubleshooting and repair of buildings and installed systems
• Service of pumps, valves, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices
• Installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Maintenance and operation of fire and life safety systems
• Ability to work with smartphones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, and building automation systems
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
