Job Description
Hinds-Bock, a division of Middleby Corporation, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to represent their growing group of three brands (Hinds-Bock, Inline Filling Systems, and Gorreri) in North and South American territories. The role focuses on deposit equipment, leveraging technical aptitude and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceed sales quotas, contributing to customer value and innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales or process/project management experience
- Proven ability to exceed annual sales (>$2.5M)
- Proficiency in sales and quota-setting
- Familiarity with industrial food processing and packaging machinery (preferred)
- Skilled in solutions-based equipment selling
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and customer types
- Valid passport required for international travel.
