Job Description
Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is seeking a Specialist - Health & Safety Training to oversee the implementation of all aspects of HS training across all regions in the company. The role involves developing an implementation strategy, delegating regional administration, defining annual training requirements, and administering the BIS learning management system.
Requirements
- Develop an implementation strategy for HS training
- Delegate regional administration to regional managers and coordinators
- Define Annual training requirements
- Submit annual Training Plan for approval
- Produce regular monthly reports to highlight where the regional program is behind schedule
- Recommend additional training in specific areas based on performance
- Administration of the BIS learning management system
- Explore innovation in training methods and applications
- Lead the implementation of training improvements
