Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and committed Marine Coordinator for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Marine department in various tasks such as updating manuals, planning audits, coordinating trainer schedules, recording minutes, managing safety meetings, aiding in incident analysis, collecting HSEQ data, etc.
Requirements
- Review and update internal/external manual in consultation with Manager.
- Assist to create company application of approval.
- Assisting planning and arranging of office audit and vessel visitation.
- Arranging schedule of joining/disembarkation for Onboard Job Trainer.
- Recording and prepare minutes of all the meeting related Marine Dep.
- Coordinate safety meeting with ship managers.
- Assisting the manager with trouble, incident analysis.
- Collecting HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) data from ship managers.
- Any other tasks/jobs and or additional duties assigned by GM, manager in Marine Department.
