Professional Services Specialist

INNERGY is seeking a Professional Services Specialist to support clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design. The successful candidate will help clients configure, build, validate, and maintain their engineering libraries, ensuring they can fully leverage these solutions for design-to-manufacturing workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within CAD/CAM, engineering software, or the architectural millwork industry.
• Familiarity with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Design, or other AutoCAD-based design/manufacturing solutions
• Strong understanding of engineering libraries, including configuration, validation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience providing client training and support, both in-person and virtually.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Patient, empathetic, and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering measurable value.
