CNC Programmierer Prototypenfertigung (m/w/d)

As a CNC programmer for prototyping, you will be part of the engineering test & validation team and be responsible for programming and operating our CNC-supported machining machines. You will work closely with various development departments and be a central point of contact for various development projects in our prototyping department.

Requirements

• Creation, optimization, and management of CNC programs for the production of turning and milling parts in the prototyping department
• Selection and procurement of necessary tools, as well as creation of corresponding tool plans
• Independent execution of assembly and commissioning work on the CNC machine, as well as finishing of complex engine components
• Continuous quality control of manufactured components
• Ongoing analysis and optimization of existing production processes
• Planning and introduction of new manufacturing technologies and procedures
• Consultation with our development team and construction to product design suitable for production
• Close cooperation with our internal production departments as well as external companies
